Shipping Area

We currently ship orders within the United States only. If your shipping address is outside our supported shipping area, you may be unable to complete your order, or we may contact you to cancel and refund the order.

Some fragrance products may be subject to carrier shipping limitations depending on product type, package size, destination, or shipping method. If an order cannot be shipped through the available carrier services, we may contact you to adjust the shipping method or cancel and refund the order where necessary.

Carriers

We work with reliable shipping providers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to help ensure that orders are delivered safely and efficiently. The carrier used for your order may depend on package size, weight, shipping destination, available service options, and carrier requirements for fragrance products.

Because our products may include perfumes, colognes, and other fragrance items, certain orders may require specific shipping methods or handling procedures. Expedited or air shipping may not be available for all fragrance products.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

Because fragrance products are commonly packaged in glass bottles or protective containers, some orders may require careful inspection, protective packaging, and secure handling before shipment.

During peak seasons, holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume, please allow additional time for order processing and packaging.

Packaging

All items are carefully packaged to help protect them during transit. For perfume and fragrance products, packaging may include protective wrapping, sealed product packaging, cushioning materials, sturdy shipping boxes, or protective inserts.

We take reasonable care to reduce the risk of leakage, breakage, or damage during delivery. However, shipping conditions may vary depending on carrier handling, weather, distance, and other factors outside our control.

Special packaging requests may incur additional fees, which will be clearly displayed at checkout when applicable.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method. These delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, high shipping volume, carrier restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

For fragrance products, some delivery methods may take longer if the carrier requires ground transportation or special handling.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination, package size, weight, and selected shipping service. Applicable taxes, if any, will be shown separately.

Free standard shipping is available on orders that total $128.00 or more.

Please note that the order subtotal after discounts or coupons are applied must still be $128.00 or higher to qualify for free shipping.

Additional fees may apply for gift wrapping, upgraded packaging, special handling, protective packaging, or expedited shipping services. Any additional charges will be disclosed before you complete your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your shipment.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment, suite, unit number, and a valid phone number.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping fees may apply.

Damaged, Leaking, or Lost Items

Although we take care to package our fragrance products securely, damage, leakage, or loss may still occur during transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly.

To help us review the issue, please provide:

Clear photos of the outer packaging
Clear photos of the inner packaging
Photos of the damaged, broken, or leaking item
Your order number and contact information

We will review the situation and provide a solution according to our Refund & Return Policy, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund where appropriate.

Please do not discard the damaged item or packaging until we have completed our review, as the carrier may require photos or additional information.

Delivery Issues

If tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your delivery location, mailbox, front desk, building office, or with household members first.

If the package is still missing, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will assist in reviewing the delivery issue with the carrier where appropriate.

Risk of Loss

The risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the package is handed over to the carrier, subject to applicable law. However, we will assist in reviewing and resolving delivery issues caused by carrier problems, transit damage, weather delays, or other uncontrollable factors in accordance with our policies.

Additional Fees for Packaging and Handling

Some fragrance products may require additional protective packaging, special handling, or shipping insurance due to product characteristics, bottle type, size, weight, or carrier requirements. Any related fees will be clearly disclosed at checkout before payment.
